World Water Monitoring

Phillipe Cousteau asks "How Well Do You Know Your Water?

In answer to that question, water monitoring performed by students all over the world is collected and published at the World Water Monitoring Challenge website.  The WWMC is supported by EarthEcho International and many other organizations.  

Students at New Lothrop will be monitoring again in the fall of 2016 to help provide data for this initiative.

I read the commencement address about the mistrust of science at the link to an article in the New Yorker magazine (below) and thought the speech did a great job suggesting how to recognize and rebut pseudoscientific claims.
